By placing an order with Albion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we suspect the purchaser is underage.

2. Orders:
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Delivery:
We currently deliver across the UK. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days. Delivery details and costs are shown at checkout.

4. Returns:
We offer a no-quibble return or refund policy within 14 days of delivery — even if you’ve opened the bottle and simply didn’t enjoy it. Please get in touch with us and we’ll make it right.

5. Liability:
Albion shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

6. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by English law.
