We want you to love our wine.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase — even if you’ve opened the bottle — please let us know. We offer full refunds or replacements within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

To arrange a return or refund, please email us with your order number and a short note about the issue. You may be asked to return any unopened bottles or provide a photo for reference. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
